The 3 cities with the most votes per category receive the honorary titles of most beautiful flowered cities in their category in the regional (depending on the country), European and global competitions (1, 2 and 3)
NUMBER OF VOTES/NUMBER OF INHABITANTS X 1000 = NUMBER OF POINTS. ALL QUALIFIED CITIES ARE ON AN EQUAL FOOTING AND CAN OBTAIN THE TITLES AT STAKE!
